Long-term care includes assistance with everyday activities that you may no longer be able to do for yourself as you grow older, or if you have a physical disability. Private Pay

Private Pay is for individuals who do not meet the criteria for CHOICES. All services listed above may be provided on a contractual basis for an hourly fee.
